I believe that if
unresolved trauma
gets stored in our
physical body, so can joy, love, and abundance.”

About Me
Over the past 20 years of working as a counselling
psychologist, I have worked with children, adolescents,
adults, and families, and have been witness to their
journeys of strength, resilience, and above all hope.
I consider it a privilege to hold space for people who visit me professionally and am grateful for the trust shown to me.
These past years have been a journey of self exploration, new learnings and growth, personally and professionally. I believe that therapy is not just about working past a problem story but as much about growth and stories of strength. My sessions are as much about laughter as they are about tears. My job is to create a safe space where the client feels free to look at all parts of themselves with kindness and love. I believe that if unresolved trauma gets stored in our physical body, so can joy, love, and abundance.
